Cute place with good service. I had a breakfast burrito and felt the ingredients were perfectly blended. It was tasty and not greasy! My daughter loves the Texas French toast but did feel the generous amount of Nutella was a bit too much. I never thought I'd hear her say that!
The service was impressive for it to be breakfast rush. The food presentation was lovely. The outdoor patio seating was comfortable and as expected, the gnats were pesky since there wasn't much of a breeze but the good food and better company made for delightful breakfast service. I took an entree home and once there I realized my bacon wasn't on the plate. My husband enjoyed it very much without the meat which is why I rate this establishment a five. If my carnivorous husband greatly enjoyed his meal without meat, then the rest had to be quite delicious. Will def be back and recommend.

Excellent! Our 2nd time here and did not disappoint! We highly recommend and will come here every chance we have. Thank to Yianni's! We had the avocado toast and the salmon eggs benedict! Oh my, we could not even finish it as there was a lot of yummy food!
